It takes courage to seek help and find the motivation to create positive change. Reactions to life changes and negative self talk can leave us feeling disempowered. I provide a supportive, trauma-informed approach to empower individuals with the ability to decrease the impact of anxiety or depression. I'm an active, compassionate participant participant providing client-centered, solution-focused, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Most importantly, I am compassionate, straight-forward, and encourage collaboration. My work as a Reiki practitioner also informs my holistic, mind/body approach. Relaxation techniques including deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, and the cultivation of self-compassion are just some of the mindfulness-based skills that may work for you.
